Panel Beater – Full Time | Leichhardt, Inner West Sydney
We are a small, family-run smash repair workshop based in Leichhardt, looking for a Tradesman, 3rd or 4th year apprentice Panel Beater to join our team on a full-time basis.
Our workshop carries out predominantly insurance and fleet repair work, focusing mainly on small to medium-sized jobs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys quality work, steady workflow and being part of a close-knit team.

The role
Your duties will include:
Carrying out small to medium smash repairs
Insurance repair work
Fleet vehicle repairs
Panel repairs and replacement
Using appropriate repair methods and workshop processes
Working with the team to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard
About you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Experience as a Panel Beater
Good attention to detail
A strong focus on quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
A reliable, punctual and positive attitude
Pride in producing clean, professional repairs
Trade qualifications are preferred, however we are open to an apprentice looking to grow
