The Project
You will be overseeing a $3M alterations and additions project in Vaucluse, working on a high-end residential home with detailed architectural finishes and quality specifications.
The Role:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers.
- Manage site programming, sequencing and project deadlines.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship,
quality control and site presentation.
- Liaise with the Site Manager, architects, consultants and clients.
- Ensure site safety and WHS compliance.
About You:
- Previous experience as a Foreman within high-end residential construction.
- Strong background in alterations and additions, renovations or architecturally designed homes.
- Confident coordinating trades and managing day-to-day site operations.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, architectural drawings and detailed finishes.
- Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach to site management.
- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
