Mauri's Northam flour mill is looking for a hands-on Packing Supervisor to lead the day-to-day packing operation. Coordinating and supporting the team, you'll help deliver safe and high-quality production, using automated packing and palletising machinery.
You'll be responsible for: * Coordinating daily packing activities, workflow and task allocation. * Leading, training and supporting the packing team. * Managing rostering, scheduling and shift requirements. * Troubleshooting operational issues and coordinating maintenance support. * Maintaining strong safety, HACCP, GMP and quality standards. * Supporting packing operations and providing hands-on coverage when required. About You
You may already be a Supervisor, Team Leader or Leading Hand within food manufacturing, packaging or a similar production environment.
You'll bring: * Proven experience leading a packing team in a manufacturing or production workplace. * Experience with automated machinery or packing equipment. * Strong safety, quality and GMP awareness.



* Knowledge of HACCP and food safety requirements. * Good communication and practical problem-solving skills. * Forklift experience/licence preferred.
