An opportunity is available for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a well-established construction business working on a major residential development in Melbourne.
If you have experience coordinating high-end residential or multi-residential projects and understand what it takes to deliver from structure through to finishes, this could be your next move.

The Role
Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and wider site team, you will support the coordination and delivery of the project across construction, procurement, quality assurance and project administration.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating consultant documentation, subcontractor shop drawings and design approvals.
- Managing RFIs, procurement, samples, variations and project registers.
- Following up consultants and subcontractors to keep project deliverables on track.
- Assisting with tender packages, subcontractor comparisons and procurement.
- Reviewing drawings and documentation to identify coordination issues.
- Coordinating material orders,



deliveries and long-lead items.
- Supporting construction quality processes, including ITPs and site inspections.
- Monitoring permits, subcontractor documentation and outstanding approvals.
- Preparing meeting minutes, progress reports and project correspondence.
- Assisting with defects, handover documentation and project close-out.

About You
You will ideally bring:

- At least 5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator within construction.
- Experience with high-end residential or multi-residential projects for a Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder.
- Exposure across the full construction life-cycle, from structural works through to finishes and handover.
- A qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
- Strong knowledge of construction coordination, procurement and subcontractor management.
- Confidence communicating with consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
- A proactive, organised and transparent approach, with robust attention to detail.
