Our

Parts Interpreters

provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, levering their expert automotive/mechanical knowledge. They assist customers with product information and advice, but also problem solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques.

Duties include:

Interpret parts





Process customer orders

Efficiently dispatch products and parts

Promote specials

Arrange buy ins

Process customer credits

First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)

Contribute to a

culture of safety

by putting

safety first , ensuring that we all make it secure & make it home

Roll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock. (This is a hands-on role that involves lifting, bending, and climbing as part of your day)

Who we’re looking for:

Parts interpreting "know how" (Auto transmission/4WD preferred)

Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences

Confidence in sharing your 'know how' and ability to communicate your knowledge in a way the customer can understand

Innovate and collaborative approach to work

Solution focused / problem solver

Sound computer skills

Must have a valid driver's license

Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment as part of a high performing team

Conscious of

workplace safety

at all times
