Lawyers Weekly is seeking a Senior Associate Corporate M&A; lawyer to join the Investment Funds Management practice. You will report directly to the funds partner and specialise in wholesale funds, funds management, private M&A;, and related ventures.

We value solid academics and relevant corporate law expertise, with exposure to government projects, infrastructure investments, and commercial contracts. WFH options are available within a broader corporate/M&A; team.
