Wolf & Williams is seeking an in-house solicitor with solid funds management and governance experience. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will handle fund structures, compliance, AML/CTF duties, and corporate governance matters in a broad remit.
The role covers regulatory affairs, real estate and project finance exposure, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and coordinating with external advisers across transactions.
