What you’ll do

- Understand customers’ needs and explain health insurance clearly
- Help customers compare options and choose suitable cover
- Build rapport and deliver a great customer experience
- Work towards achievable sales targets with the support of your team

What we’re looking for

You don’t need health insurance experience. You might come from sales, retail,



hospitality, customer service, contact centres, collections or retention.

What matters is that you:

- Communicate confidently and connect easily with people
- Are motivated by goals and rewards
- Enjoy helping customers find the right solution
- Are coachable, resilient and eager to learn
- Are confident using multiple computer systems
