Child Care Crew is looking for passionate and reliable Early Childhood Educators to join our casual team across Melbourne and surrounding areas.

With adaptable casual shifts across a range of early learning services, you can manage your availability and choose work that fits around you.

About You

We're looking for educators who are passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing high-quality care and positive learning experiences.

To be eligible, you must have:

- A completed recognised Certificate III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification
- A current Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) or VIT registration, where applicable
- Completed required Child Protection and Child Safety training
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- A minimum of 6 months' experience working in an early childhood education and care setting

Please note: We are currently unable to accept applicants who are still working towards their early childhood qualification. Your qualification must be completed to be considered for this role.

You'll also bring:

- A positive attitude and genuine passion for working with children




- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work across different early learning environments
- Confidence supporting children's daily routines, including nappy changing and toileting
- The ability to build warm, positive relationships with children, families and educators
- A strong commitment to child safety, wellbeing and active supervision
- Pride in maintaining clean, hygienic and engaging learning environments
