What youll do as an Insights Analyst:** The Insights Analyst supports the Paramount sales and content teams through the timely and accurate reporting of audience data for Paramounts broadcast TV and streaming platforms. The wider Insights team provides comprehensive analysis, research, and strategic recommendations to the wider business, and this role focuses on supporting the converged Paramount sales team with concise, effective insights to support briefs and sponsorship proposals. **Functions will also include:** + Empowering the Sales team with impactful brief responses, highlighting Paramounts strengths, unique offerings, consumer profiles, and audience insights. + Ensuring timely,



accurate and relevant sales brief responses using broadcast TV and streaming ratings data and additional relevant data sources. + Balancing priorities of regular reporting and sales brief volume by strong time management and improved efficiencies. + Overseeing the daily creation and maintenance of precise TV ratings logs. + Supporting the development of Paramounts programming strategy to deliver premium content - creating in-depth broadcast and streaming service reports and dashboards to track network performance and monitor competitor activities. + Delivering regular daily and weekly reports to internal stakeholders on Paramounts audience performance across broadcast and digital platforms. **What are we looking for in an Insights Analyst?
