About the Opportunity:

Inner Balance Health is seeking an enthusiastic Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join its growing multidisciplinary team in beautiful Darwin.

Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced clinician, this is an opportunity to build your career in a supportive environment with access to excellent facilities, ongoing mentoring and opportunities to develop your clinical interests.

You'll deliver individualised, evidence-based exercise programs to clients across a range of ages and abilities, supporting rehabilitation, chronic disease management, strength, mobility and long-term health.

Working alongside physiotherapists, massage therapists and the Pilates team, you'll provide individual consultations and small group exercise programs, helping clients improve their movement, independence and overall wellbeing.

About You:

You'll bring a passion for exercise-based rehabilitation and helping people achieve meaningful health outcomes. You'll also have:

- A recognised qualification in Exercise Physiology and ESSA accreditation, or eligibility to obtain accreditation.

- Strong clinical reasoning, assessment and exercise prescription skills.





- An interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic disease management and healthy ageing.

- Excellent communication skills and a client-centred approach.

- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

- Experience in Clinical Pilates, Reformer, NDIS, strength and conditioning or falls prevention will be highly regarded. New graduates are encouraged to apply, with mentoring and support available.
