Why Red Lily Health Board?
Red Lily Health Board Aboriginal Corporation is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation that puts community at the centre of care. Gunbalanya is a dry community, and road access may be affected by wet-season closures at the East Alligator River crossing. Further information is available through Red Lily’s community profiles.redlily.org

You will work closely with nurses, Aboriginal Health Practitioners, GPs and Red Lily’s Outreach Child Health Nurse to embed proactive child and youth health care within the remote health centre.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing clinical assessment, treatment, referral and follow-up.
• Delivering developmental screening, growth monitoring, immunisations, and hearing and vision checks.
• Following CARPA Standard Treatment Manual guidelines and NT clinical protocols.
• Supporting vulnerable children and families through recalls, case coordination and referral pathways.
• Monitoring program performance against NT Aboriginal Health and national ACCHO key performance indicators.
• Building the child and adolescent health capability of local health centre staff.
The role requires travel to remote communities by vehicle and light aircraft, and preparedness to relieve other nursing positions by arrangement.

You will bring:
