- Supporting participants to build skills for everyday activities, functional independence and community participation.
- Completing functional capacity assessments and recommending appropriate supports.
- Providing advice on assistive technology, equipment and home modifications.
- Supporting participants with neurological conditions, sensory processing needs and other functional challenges.
- Working collaboratively with families,

support networks and other allied health professionals.
- Delivering therapy across clinic, home and community settings, depending on participant needs.

What’s on Offer?

- Competitive remuneration with annual salary reviews.
- Flexible working arrangements and remote work options.
- Personalised professional development budget of up to $2,500 per year.
- Funding for external courses and professional events.
- Paid parental leave.
- Supportive, clinician-led leadership and opportunities to influence how services are delivered.
- Clear career progression pathways, including opportunities to develop into senior and leadership roles.
- Relocation support may be available.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Experience in community-based or NDIS occupational therapy (new graduates with relevant experience and a strong interest in this area may also be considered).
- Strong assessment, report-writing and clinical reasoning skills.
- A person-centred approach and the ability to build positive relationships with participants and their support networks.
- Confidence working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to participant locations, where required.
