As AI Data Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of Rest’s member data and AI-enabled products. You’ll lead a team of technical and analytical specialists, combining trusted member data with emerging AI capabilities to create scalable, governed solutions that improve how decisions are made and work gets done across Rest. Working across business, data and technology teams, you’ll identify opportunities for AI and intelligent automation, translate business needs into practical solutions, and drive their adoption into everyday workflows.





Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

- Lead the product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation for Rest’s member data and AI-enabled product portfolio.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and design through to delivery, adoption, continuous improvement and value realisation.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of technical and analytical specialists, establishing clear priorities, ownership and accountability.
- Partner with teams across Marketing, Member Experience, Contact Centre and Digital to understand business workflows and translate decision-making needs into data and AI product opportunities.
- Work closely with data and platform engineers to connect trusted member data with LLMs and AI capabilities, shaping solutions that are scalable, governed and fit for purpose.
- Drive the integration of AI-enabled tools into everyday business workflows and channels, with appropriate human oversight and guardrails.
