Zurich Cover-More is seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive the people side of a global technology transformation across ANZ. You will partner with business leaders, product teams, operations, technology, and global stakeholders to ensure readiness for recent capabilities and lasting business outcomes.

This is a maximum-term contract until 31 December 2028. The role offers a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, plus career development and comprehensive
