Business Development Manager Salary: $115,000 – $135,000 per year

ARE YOU A HIGH-PERFORMING SALES PROFESSIONAL WHO KNOWS HOW TO WIN NEW BUSINESS? Do you enjoy building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals? This position would be ideal for anyone who has past business to business sales experience.

THE ROLE This is a traditional BDM role.

You'll have the freedom to engage prospects by phone, online, networking, face-to-face and out in the market.

You’ll be responsible for:

Generating current business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking and your own initiatives

Engaging business owners, directors, and HR professionals

Building solid client relationships

Understanding client needs and presenting solutions

Managing your pipeline and achieving sales targets





Closing deals and earning UNCAPPED incentives

ABOUT YOU

5+ years' professional sales experience

Proven B2B / new business development track record

Consistent history of hitting or exceeding targets

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Confident dealing with senior decision-makers

Consultative sales approach + proven ability to close

Experience in professional services, legal, HR, recruitment, insurance, financial services or B2B sales will be highly regarded.
