We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing design and construction business delivering high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across Sydney. This role is ideal for a client-focused Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys taking ownership of projects from procurement through to handover. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

- Manage commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
- Lead procurement, project planning, delivery, installation, and handover activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.
- Coordinate consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, cost reporting, cash flow, and programme performance.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project quality, safety, and compliance.
- Identify risks and implement strategies to maintain programme and budget objectives.
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

About You

- Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out, workplace, hospitality, retail, or refurbishment projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery processes.




- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, procurement, and construction programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Relevant construction, project management, or building qualifications.
- Solid commercial acumen and attention to detail.
