As a Rigger specialising in precast panel installation, you'll be the key link between engineering plans and the finished structure. You'll ensure each panel is lifted, positioned, and secured exactly as designed—keeping our sites safe, our timelines tight, and our builds flawless.

Key responsibilities

- Set up and operate rigging equipment for lifting and positioning precast concrete panels
- Work closely with crane operators to execute accurate lifts according to engineered lift plans
- Align and secure panels using braces, bolts, and fixings to meet structural specifications
- Conduct pre-lift inspections of panels, lifting gear, and site conditions
- Interpret technical drawings to determine lift points, rigging configurations, and placement sequences
- Maintain clear communication with site supervisors and installation crews during lifts
- Follow all safety protocols, including exclusion zones and load stability checks

About you

- Proven experience in rigging for precast concrete panel installation
- Current High Risk Work Licence (Rigging) and White Card
- Strong knowledge of lifting techniques,



load calculations, and panel bracing systems
- Ability to read and interpret structural and lift drawings
- Attention to detail and commitment to safe, efficient work practices
- Physical fitness and readiness to work in outdoor construction environments
