Original Mattress Factory Original Mattress Factory Pty Ltd (OMF) is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Ecommerce / Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. Benefits We offer an annual basic salary of AU$ 115,000 plus superannuation.

The successful candidate will also be entitled to leave credits and other perks provided under the law. Annual bonus structure based on business sales target may apply. Task & responsibilities The role of a Head of Ecommerce / Sales and Marketing Manager will perform duties and responsibilities, including the following: Work with digital partners in systems and marketing to ensure our ecommerce platform exceeds the businesses reach and sales targets Plan, manage and control the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including in social media platforms Direct and manage the customer sales process and end to end solution provided to the customer are in line with consumer expectations resulting in 100% Comfy customers and advocates Work with internal and external marketing stakeholders to develop a forward looking digital and social marketing strategy in line with the business strategic objectives Work with internal and external marketing stakeholders to develop and implement a clear social strategy driving rich increased customer engagement with the brand, image and sales Manage and lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing go-to-market plans and policies, collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize budget allocation and ensure successful execution Work closely with the Customer Service team to launch initiatives to increase the quality of customer service, reduce customer response times, and increase overall customer satisfaction Provide technical and process support for stores and ecommerce partners, manage vendor relationships,



and oversee system releases and improvements Manage the website release lifecycle, defect management, change requests, and release deployment coordination Manage relationships with payment providers, optimize fraud rules, oversee fraud screening, and investigate disputes and chargebacks Create annual budgets, and develop long-term sales, profit, and growth strategies for presentation to leadership and the Board Support delivery processes, system integration, and manage stock visibility and performance of fulfillment providers Qualification & experience The successful candidate must have the following: Bachelor's degree or higher At least 2 years’ full time work experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager Excellent performance and digital marketing skills Outstanding management and leadership skills Ability to manage and work with a team Effective customer service skills About Company Original Mattress Factory Pty Ltd or OMF started in July 2006 and introduced to Australia the first ‘non branded’ total retailer in the mattress category. By 2016 OMF had expanded to 18 stores, then to 50 stores by June 2022.
