The Opportunity

At CC’s Bar & Grill, premium beef, exceptional produce and a carefully curated wine list set the scene for dinner. As Pass Master at Crystalbrook Bailey’s signature steakhouse, you will set the pace of the evening from the pass, keeping the kitchen and floor in step as the room fills.

One table is ready for mains. Another has a change to its order. The floor team needs to know what is ready to run. You will keep track of each table’s progress, check dishes against the docket and coordinate when plates go out so guests can enjoy each course together.

Working closely with the chefs, you will confirm dietary requests, check presentation and flag delays early so the floor team can keep guests informed. Your calm, clear calls will help a busy service feel unhurried at the table.





This is a casual role offering approximately 24–38 hours per week, with shifts primarily in the evenings.

The Talent

You enjoy the rhythm of a busy pass and can see what needs your attention next. You spot when a table’s order is incomplete, keep track of changes and communicate clearly with chefs and the floor team when several courses are ready at once.

You will bring:

- Experience coordinating a pass or running food service in a premium restaurant, hotel or comparable full-service venue.
- A strong understanding of sequence of service and how to pace courses across multiple tables.
- Confidence reading dockets, checking orders and communicating dietary requirements accurately.
- An eye for plate presentation and the ability to stay organised under pressure.
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach to working with the kitchen and floor teams.
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate valid in Queensland.
- Availability for evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
