The Role
We are looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis.
You will work at our client facilities across the Perth metropolitan area, including residential aged care, community care and healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse
Administer medications in line with your scope of practice and facility policy
Monitor and record residents’ and patients’ condition, including vital signs, and report changes to the RNCarry out wound care, personal care and clinical procedures as required
Keep accurate, timely clinical documentation and progress notes
Contribute to care planning and assessments
Follow infection control, WHS and clinical governance procedures
Communicate effectively with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team
Skills and Experience Required
Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA (NMBA), with no restrictions on medication administration
Diploma of Nursing (HLT54121 or equivalent)At least 1 year of post-registration experience as an Enrolled Nurse, preferably in aged care or community settings
Sound clinical knowledge, including medication management and wound care
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Current National Police ClearanceNDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
Current First Aid / CPR certificate
Current WA driver’s licence (desirable)What We Offer
