Junior Sales Executive

Salary:
$70,000 – $80,000 + Superannuation + Uncapped Commission

Junior / Entry-Level Sales We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team at Send It Social Club. This is an exciting chance to be part of a rapidly expanding entertainment business, supporting corporate event sales, strategic partnerships, group bookings and the ongoing development of our venues across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, local businesses and strategic partners.
• Manage incoming enquiries and convert leads into confirmed event bookings.
• Proactively follow up with prospective clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Assist with corporate event proposals, quotes and booking coordination.
• Support the ongoing expansion of our venue network, including new venue openings, installations and exciting projects.
• Collaborate with our marketing, operations and venue teams to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.




• Work towards individual sales targets and provide regular updates on sales performance. About You
• A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, proactive and eager to achieve results.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Passionate about sales, events, entertainment and business development.
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team.
• Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most
