Croydon Health Services invites applications for a Practice Development Nurse (0-19 Health Visiting and School Nursing), Band 7. The role focuses on delivering specialist clinical expertise, education, supervision and leadership across the 0-19 service. You will lead the practice education agenda, plan and evaluate programmes, training and guidance for the 0-19 workforce, with emphasis on the Healthy Child Programme, and foster multi‑agency partnerships to improve outcomes for children.
