Blacktown City Council is seeking a Principal Roads and Transport Engineer to lead planning and delivery of complex road and transport projects, review intersection layouts, and ensure designs meet Austroads and NSW guidelines. You will prepare technical reports, manage budgets, supervise junior engineers, inspect sites, and collaborate with Transport for NSW, consultants and contractors to move projects from planning to delivery.
