Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead daily operations, sales and high-volume stock management in your specialist area. You will manage a team of 20+ and collaborate with Store Leadership while reporting to Operations Manager and Complex Manager to deliver Best Experience and lowest prices. Responsibilities include staff development, rostering, safeguarding safety, engaging suppliers, monitoring KPI metrics, and ensuring exceptional customer service seven days a week.
