You’ll be working with older adults and people living with disability, helping clients maintain their independence, safety and quality of life within their own homes and communities. The Role
- Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering Speech Pathology assessments and interventions to community-based clients.
- Supporting older adults and individuals living with disability.
- Managing a varied caseload, including clients with progressive neurological conditions.
- Developing individualised treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients, families and carers.
- Providing services primarily through home visits, with some clinic-based appointments.
- Working across HACC PYP,



CHSP and occasional NDIS-funded services.
- Collaborating with Allied Health Assistants and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care. About You We’re looking for a Speech Pathologist who is confident working independently and enjoys the variety of a community-based role. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in community health, aged care, disability or home-based services.
- Strong assessment, treatment planning and goal-setting skills.
- Confidence managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
- Experience supporting clients with neurological conditions (desirable). Why This Role?

- Degree in Speech Pathology + SPA registration
