- Analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources to identify patterns, growth opportunities, and the drivers behind changes in key metrics
- Conduct product analysis and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations for the business
- Own A/B tests end-to-end: contribute to hypothesis development, define success metrics, ensure experiment quality, and interpret results
- Evaluate the impact of product changes and help teams make data-informed decisions
- Build data marts for analytical and reporting needs
- Create and maintain dashboards in Tableau
- Use SQL and Python to process, explore, and analyze data
- Present insights and recommendations to product teams, business stakeholders, and C-level executives
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear business language and support recommendations with data Requirements
- Robust SQL skills and hands‑on experience working independently with large datasets
- Solid knowledge of statistics and the ability to apply it to product and business decisions
- Hands‑on experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests
- Ability to independently structure analytical problems and turn research into clear conclusions and recommendations




- Strong product thinking and the ability to connect changes in metrics with their underlying business context
- Experience with data visualization and reporting; Tableau experience is a plus
