Skin Body Rescue Clinic is an established skin and aesthetics clinic in Double Bay, Sydney, with a loyal and diverse client base. We offer a wide range of skin and body treatments and skilled skincare products.
As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing strategy across our services, products and brand.
The role
Reporting to the Clinic Director, you will:
- Identify market opportunities for our treatments and products by researching the market, customer trends and competitors
- Develop and coordinate the clinic’s marketing plans and annual campaign calendar
- Advise management on pricing strategy, treatment packages, product mix and sales promotions
- Plan, run and measure multi-channel digital and social media campaigns
- Manage brand communications and partnerships
- Manage client communications, keeping existing and new clients informed and engaged
- Monitor campaign and sales performance,
and report results and recommendations to management
- Brief and coordinate external contractors, including video editors, designers and agencies
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms, in line with AHPRA and TGA advertising guidelines
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- At least 12 months of full-time experience in a marketing specialist or similar role
- Proven experience planning and running marketing and communication campaigns, including digital and social media
- Strong analytical skills and experience using digital advertising and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience in health, beauty or aesthetics industries is a plus
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
