Monadelphous Mining and Minerals North West is seeking a Civil Superintendent to lead civil and mechanical supervision across East Pilbara NPI projects, with FIFO from Perth. You will guide the in office crew, ensure safety, and drive quality across heavy civil works for BHP commitments.

This casual 8:6 roster offers strong team culture, coaching opportunities, and a pathway to long-term site leadership within our established Monadelphous team.
