Pacific National in North Sydney is seeking a Workforce Coordinator to join the Intermodal team. You will help coordinate daily crew and asset allocations, learning rostering tools to ensure secure, efficient operations across Australia’s rail network.
No prior rail experience is required as full training will be provided. The role is permanent with a rotating 12-hour day/night roster and opportunities to grow within rail and logistics.
