Profectus is seeking an experienced Business Analysis Practice Lead to guide the BA program for a registry modernisation initiative within an Australian Government agency. The role covers business and product analysis across 20+ projects, including reverse-engineering legacy rules from ADABAS/Natural mainframe and Siebel CRM.
You will ensure BA standards, lead analysts, manage complex requirements, and maintain legislative traceability across the program, building the agency's BA capability.
