Catholic Education Services in the Diocese of Cairns is seeking an Information Technology Technical Support Officer (Service Desk) for a full time, permanent role. You will be the first point of contact for IT assistance, supporting staff across head office and schools with guidance from experienced IT staff.

The role involves daily service desk tasks, routine checks of office systems, AV equipment, printers, and desktop technologies, plus travel to Cairns region schools.
