Bunnings Group is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and high-volume stock management within a specialist area. You will work with fellow Department Managers and report to the Site Manager, leading 20+ team members to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
You will drive service and operations by training your team, focusing on safety and the widest range and best prices. Expect a 1 in 3 weekend roster and some public holiday work as part of the role.
