EVT is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to step into a second-in-charge role at Rydges Pit Lane. You will lead restaurant, bar, café, kitchen, conference and events, and housekeeping operations, building a high-performing team and setting transparent direction.
When the General Manager is away you’ll take the lead across the hotel, collaborating with stakeholders to maintain service excellence and grow guest satisfaction while driving efficiency and profitability.
