Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead a 20+ strong team, oversee daily operations, and drive service and stock performance within your specialist area at our store. You will collaborate with other department managers and report to the Operations Manager while modelling safety and training to build a Best Experience for customers.

You will be responsible for rostering, stock control, and achieving KPI targets, with a solid emphasis on safety culture and staff development.
