As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading a team of warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring workplace safety compliance, and supporting efficient distribution activities. This is a hands-on leadership role that may occasionally require operational support, including warehouse and delivery-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise warehouse employees
- Manage receiving, storage and dispatch operations
- Conduct stocktakes and inventory reconciliation
- Monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse performance
- Ensure products are stored appropriately, including frozen inventory
- Oversee unloading, labelling and storage of incoming shipments
- Maintain workplace safety and compliance standards
- Perform quality checks on equipment and inventory
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations
- Collaborate with internal departments to achieve business objectives

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:





- Previous experience managing warehouse operations within Australia
- Solid knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes
- Experience supervising teams in a warehouse environment
- Proven people leadership and staff management skills
- Forklift Licence (required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees
- Experience within food distribution, FMCG, wholesale or logistics industries
- Ability to support delivery operations when required
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
