RSM Australia is building a dedicated Financial Planning and Analytics function to support strategic decision-making. The role leads accountants and data analytics staff, reporting to the Financial Controller and collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business.

The ideal candidate holds CA/CPA with 3+ years in senior management accounting/FP&A;, skilled in leading teams, business partnering, and advanced Excel. Workday and Adaptive Planning experience are advantageous.
