Backed by Mayfield Group Holdings (ASX: MYG), BE Switchcraft is a highly regarded Australian manufacturer of electrical infrastructure and switchboard solutions. Following substantial investment in its facilities, the expansion of its Royal Park manufacturing footprint and the recent acquisition of the N-Series switchboard business, the Mayfield organisation is poised for its next stage of growth.

BE Switchcraft now needs a General Manager to lead that growth. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who understands electrical manufacturing, knows how to bring two businesses together, and wants the backing of a listed group behind them.

About the business

Mayfield Group Holdings is an ASX-listed group that has been investing in its Australian electrical infrastructure and manufacturing capability. BE Switchcraft joined the Group in 2025. Since then, Mayfield has bought the neighbouring property at Old Port Road and combined the two sites, doubling the manufacturing footprint, and acquired the N-Series switchboard business and its team in 2026. Group shared services support the business across finance, safety, quality and more.

BE Switchcraft is a long-established Australian manufacturer with a reputation built over decades for quality, innovation and customer service. It employs around 90 people, and with the N-Series team (around 60 people) the combined Royal Park operation will be close to 150.
