WAREHOUSE MANAGER | VIC'S MEAT

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager who knows how to run a tight ship, keep a cool head (literally) and lead from the front.

You’ll manage a small team of two, report to our Site Production Manager and work closely with Procurement to keep our warehouse running like clockwork.

This isn't a desk job. You’ll be on the floor, operating forklifts, managing stock and working alongside your team in a chilled setting.

WHAT YOU'LL BE SINKING YOUR TEETH INTO

- Run the show: Own daily receivals, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Lead from the front: Manage your team while getting stuck into the work yourself.
- Keep stock in check: Work closely with Procurement on inventory, stock rotation, cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Make things better: Improve warehouse systems, SOPs, workflows and efficiency.
- Maintain our standards: Ensure HACCP,



food safety, cold-chain integrity and WHS compliance.
- Get behind the wheel: Operate forklifts and assist with the physical movement of stock.

THE CUT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven warehouse management or supervisory experience.
- Current forklift licence (essential).
- Experience in chilled or frozen warehousing, ideally meat or perishable food.
- Strong inventory control, warehouse systems and food safety knowledge.
- A practical, organised, hands-on leadership style.

We're after a doer, not just a delegator. Someone who sees a problem, fixes it and takes pride in running a first-class operation.

$112,000 to $135,000 total package, including superannuation and overtime, depending on experience and hours worked.
