The Department of Transport and Planning in Victoria seeks a Senior Scoping and Development Engineer to lead planning and development of complex regional transport projects. You will ensure designs are technically sound, accurately costed and ready for delivery in line with DTP standards.

You will engage stakeholders, secure permits, guide junior staff, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project outcomes within governance frameworks.
