Complex work with commercially engaged clients
Our clients are predominantly privately owned SMEs, business owners and directors who value practical, commercial and strategic advice.

redundancies and unfair dismissal

We have deliberately invested in the infrastructure around our lawyers.
You will have experienced legal assistants, strong systems and dedicated Operations, Workplace Experience, People & Culture and Sales & Marketing support.
Regular team huddles, 1:1s, matter reviews and solicitor/legal assistant catch-ups create robust communication and collaboration without taking away your autonomy.
We also have established practice resources including smart operating procedures, precedents, checklists and workflows to help you onboard quickly, work efficiently and delegate with confidence.
The result is more time for high-value legal work, clients, professional development and building your practice.
Be rewarded for what you build
High performance should have meaningful financial upside.
This role may be eligible for our individual fee earner commission. Once your agreed collections target is achieved, commission is paid monthly in addition to salary, with no cap on what you can earn.

It is not all about billing.
