Our client, a well-established WA-owned supplier to the construction and building industry, is currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join their team on a temp to permanent basis.

The Role Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, you will be working within a busy outdoor supply yard supporting daily production and dispatch operations. This is a hands‑on role suited to reliable and safety-focused individuals who enjoy physical work and operating plant equipment.

Key duties include:

Strapping, wrapping, and preparing bricks onto pallets for transport

Operating the 5 Tonne forklifts to move, load, and unload product

Loading and unloading trucks in line with delivery schedules

Manual handling and general labouring duties

General housekeeping & maintenance duties around the yard





To be successful in this role, you will need:

Previous forklift operating experience in a yard, warehouse, or production environment

A current LF Forklift Licence

A current driver's licence and reliable transport

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen

A robust work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team environment

Good awareness of safety procedures and manual handling requirements

Details

Outdoor-based role in a fast‑paced environment

Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as required

Hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm

Pay rate: $39.03 per hour + penalties after 7.6 hours worked
