Ganley Group Hospitality Purveyors Company is home to a growing collection of pubs and dining rooms across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, including The Fifth Province, Freddie Wimpole’s, Angus & Bon, The Bay Hotel Mornington, The Windsor Castle Hotel and The Carlton Club.

We are now seeking an experienced, passionate and proactive Marketing Manager to lead marketing across Ganley Group and its six venues; developing and delivering marketing strategies that strengthen our brands, grow audiences and drive measurable commercial outcomes.

Working closely with the Social Media and Content Manager, Graphic Designer, venue teams and external partners; the role oversees brand management, campaigns, digital marketing, CRM, loyalty, partnerships, PR and marketing performance.

What you will be doing:

- Lead integrated campaigns across brand, digital, social, CRM, PR and venue channels
- Manage the positioning and ongoing developmentof Ganley Group andvenue brands
- Manage digital marketing across websites, paid media, SEO and digital customer acquisition
- Develop targeted EDM campaigns andautomated customer journeys
- Identify and manage relevant brand partnerships,



collaborations and activations
- Lead, direct and manage the Marketing team
- Track campaign performance, customer acquisition, bookings, enquiries, website activity and marketing ROI

What we are looking for:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
- Solid experience across brand, campaigns and marketing
- Experience withpaid media, CRM, emailmarketing, websites and analytics
- Strong commercial understandingand ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes
- Experience managing creative teams,agencies and external suppliers
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent written communication and creative judgement
- Experience managing multiple brands or business units
- Hospitality, food and beverage, events or lifestyle experiencehighly regarded
