About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and reliable full-time Warehouse Operator to join our busy warehouse team in Wyong.

This is a hands-on role that is critical to ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of products, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and customer service satisfaction.

We are currently seeking candidates for our afternoon shift, working:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Safely load and unload trucks and containers using appropriate warehouse equipment, ensuring goods are handled and put away correctly.

Accurately record and maintain documentation for all goods received and dispatched.

Accurately and efficiently pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.

Conduct stock searches, process inventory transactions and complete regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records.

Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet trolleys, RF scanners and warehouse management systems in accordance with workplace procedures.

Ensure products are stored correctly and warehouse areas are kept clean, safe, organised and free from hazards.





Support day-to-day warehouse operations and work collaboratively with the team to achieve operational and business objectives.

Participate in toolbox meetings and actively contribute to maintaining a strong, positive workplace safety culture.

About You:

Current Forklift Licence is desired.

Forklift driving experience is desired.

Pick packing and/or warehousing experience is desired.

Be physically fit and able.

Basic numeracy and literacy skills.

Strong commitment to working safely and following warehouse procedures.

Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Basic computer skills, with confidence using warehouse management systems and scanning devices.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to contribute to the team.
