With significant investment underway, the organisation is delivering a complex, multi-year technology transformation program spanning infrastructure, cyber security, data, enterprise systems and operational technology.

About Your New Role As a seasoned, experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst you will support a complex portfolio of technology initiatives spanning infrastructure, cyber security, data and enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities:

Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops and business analysis activities across multiple technology projects.

Understand nuances across multiple projects, knows how to deal with difficult stakeholders and can be confident to communicate at all levels.

Translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.

Prepare documentation for senior GMs and board members

Develop business cases, Statements of Work (SOWs), funding submissions and supporting business documentation.

Partner with Solution Architects and external vendors to define project scope, specifications and deliverables.





Proactively engage stakeholders and push back when needed to identify requirements, challenge assumptions and recommend solutions.

Identify and manage dependencies across interconnected projects and programs.

Prepare high-quality documentation and business papers for senior leadership and governance forums.

Support technology initiatives from early discovery through to implementation and operational transition.

About You You are a seasoned Business Analyst with broad technical experience and a proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. You are proactive, commercially minded and confident. You can guide stakeholders who may not have clearly defined requirements.
