The Coles Group is seeking a CFC Continuous Improvement Lead to identify and deliver opportunities across automated eCommerce fulfilment operations. You will use Power BI to generate actionable insights, optimise processes, and support automation adoption, robotics, and AI initiatives.

You will lead initiatives end-to-end from analysis and design to project planning and implementation, ensuring measurable advantages are embedded in day-to-day operations.
