The National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) in Sydney seeks an senior HR leader to drive operational excellence within the People & Culture team. You will oversee workforce administration, HR systems, compliance, payroll coordination and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with senior managers to deliver strategic people outcomes.
This is a full time, 2-year contract with a base salary of $140,000 plus 12% superannuation for a 38-hour week.
