Strata Results Recruitment is seeking an experienced SAP Change Manager for a 12-month contract in Melbourne. This senior leadership role designs and delivers the organisational change strategy across a large SAP implementation, ensuring readiness, adoption and business impact across functions.

You will partner with the Program Manager and executives to lead change management, communications and training, shaping stakeholder engagement and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
