We are seeking motivated, reliable and professional Support Workers to support customers across the Perth metro area including
Belmont, Fremantle, Rockingham, Mandurah and surrounding suburbs.
You will assist customers to achieve their goals, maintain their independence, and enhance their quality of life.
This may include supporting customers with complex or high intensity needs . To be successful, you will need to be flexible with your availability, as shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays based on customer requirements.
The best part? You’ll generally be working with customers in your local area, helping to minimise travel and keep you connected to your community.
What Will You Do?
Support with personal care, including bathing, toileting and grooming
Help with housekeeping, cleaning and everyday tasks
Assist with grocery shopping, meal preparation and cooking
Help people stay connected with their community and the things they enjoy
Build genuine connections and provide personalised support
