Epiq Counsel is seeking a qualified lawyer with 5–8 years’ PQE to join our waitlist roster for future in-house engagements. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts, including MSAs, License Agreements, Reseller Agreements and Statements of Work, and advising on privacy and data security.

You will work with in-house teams and outside counsels on complex transactions for Fortune 500 clients.
